Important Settings (for me!)

Loading > Loading only into stopped deck = Yes

Transport > Sync Mode > Only On-Air Decks can be Tempo Master

Transport > Sync Mode > Beat Sync = ON (Tempo sync not right for sync'ing simple drum beats to songs etc)

Mixer > Level > Enable Autogain (causes the tracks analyzed auto gain value to be used when a track is loaded onto a deck)
