Brenchley Memorial Hall

Brenchley Memorial Centre is a collective name for the community facilities provided by the Charity, consisting of a Main Hall, Small Hall, Meeting Room, Social Area and Bar and Recreation Ground. Click for room plans Main Hall The Main Hall has a small lobby, with double doors leading onto an entrance area (1.5m x 8m). Two stairs lead down to the main floor area (14m x 7.5m). The hall has a raised stage (8m x 4m), kitchen (4m x 3m) and servery area (4.5m x 2m) through a hatch. A serving hatch at the rear of the hall enables Brenchley Sports Bar to provide a bar for events. There is easy access to men’s and ladies’ toilets but within the hall area there are also three separate children’s toilets. A back door leads onto an enclosed play area. There are two disabled parking spaces outside the entrance and disabled access through a side door. Social Area and Bar The Social Area and Bar has a bar area (7m x 4m) with a large flat screen television. A lounge area (8.8m x 5.5m) at the rear has double doors onto a patio (7.5m x 3.5m) enjoying views over the bowls green and hall grounds. A large games area (12m x 5.5m) to the side of the bar houses a separate snooker room, together with an area with a pool table and darts board.
